Overheard in Brooklyn (Two Parts)
An earnest conversation overheard at Bar Tabac,
Girl 1: ...and so like, Sasha was like, going to McCarren Pool last week for a free concert and I was like, why...?
Girl 2: A concert at McCarren Pool?
Girl 1: They do free shows there. It's in Williamsburg.
Girl 3: (earnestly) Have I met her? Is she a hipster or a fashionista?

Boy: Johnny was always kind of a hipster. He just never had any hipster friends.

Website Updated
The Main Site has been updated! After some code twiddling and image winnowing there is now a "Bands" gallery. I suspect that particular unit will see frequent and intense updating. Above is Antimagic, who are clearly celebrating this development (no endorsement of Richard Gin or richardgin.org is implied).

An Observation
When considering Jason Giambi's Nice Guy 'Stache, the Yankees sucking, Madonna getting involved with ballplayers, a black man running for President of the realm and the NKOTB reunion, one must arrive at the conclusion that the 80's are back! With a vengeance!
